• Results generated by AI algorithms may vary, and we are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or undesired outcomes.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content

By uploading images to our App, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store these images solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the images you upload.
• Your images do not violate any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Your images do not contain any content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CartoonMe offers subscription services for access to premium features. By subscribing to our services:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple's subscription services.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CartoonMe and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARTOONYME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE APP.
